1959 DOUGLAS VESPA (British Built) FOR RESTORATION in Ripon, North Yorkshire for sale

1959 Douglas 152L2 Project For Sale. Photo 1is of when I bought it, and as it stands now sandblasted with rotten floor cut away (It now has some light surface rust due to being stood). It comes with a new floor section (Allstyles), spare engine which is seized by the piston in barrel, crank is free. The Douglas engine fired up when I put some fresh fuel in the carb, but I'm sure it will need a service at the very least, if not a rebuild. All parts are there that I removed, although some obviously will be unserviceable. I have an original tax disc from 1970 to verify Reg No. but DVLA have no records, but can still claim the original Reg No. Also have letter from Veteran Vespa club as proof of identity to help in registration.
